The very first 1.73L stroker kit for the Toyota G16E-GTS featured in the GR Yaris and GR Corolla which utilizes a custom piston to suit our specifications. Rated for over 900+hp, the ItalianRP stroker kit consists of a billet crankshaft and an increased conrod length of +3mm to offer the best rod stroke ratio. The longer rod length is to extend the powerband and for the piston to dwell longer at top dead centre. By increasing the rod length this also reduces thrust loading of the piston.

ItalianRP Platinum Line Pistons

The IRP Platinum Line pistons are of the highest quality and strongest piston they offer.

Made in Italy, these pistons are machined from 2618/A billet featuring a special design called the "Double Bridge". The benefit of this "Double Bridge" design is to improve piston structural strength whilst keeping weight to a minimum.

A galvanic process is also performed on the combustion area of the piston and the first ring land. By doing so, this increases the strength of the piston dramatically. The galvanic process is also seen in the piston ring package, this reduces blow by.

DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) thick wall gudgeon pins are also included. No expense spared. The DLC coating is a nanocomposite coating that has unique properties of natural diamond low friction, high hardness, and high corrosion resistance.

ItalianRP Platinum Line Conrods

The IRP Platinum Line Toyota G16E-GTS conrods are machined from 35NCD16 forged steel, this allows these conrods to be one of the lightest on the market, yet the strongest. The benefits of using 35NCD16 steel is its strength. This allows IRP to manufacture their rods in a H beam configuration that allows it to be much ligher than a typical I beam design.

The platinum line conrods are "deep freeze" treated at -180 degrees celcius, by doing so this removes residual stresses to improve wear resistance of 2100Mpa, 15% stronger than 300M.

Paired with a set of ARP Custom Aged 625+ rod bolts you no longer need to worry about rod bolt stretch at high RPM.
