We took the time to consistently refine our already proven package by designing our exhaust manifold on CAD which provides the optimal wastegate merge collector for superior boost control. We then took it to the next level and investment casted the exhaust manifold from SS347 stainless steel.
Our intercooler and turbo intake pipes are all mandrel bent to ensure smooth air flow and then powder coated for a nicer finish. It's the little details that matter.
All turbo and water lines are made and assembled here in Australia using the highest quality components by Speedflow and us at Lamspeed Racing and then covered in a fire sleeve. From our experience circuit racing, the GR Yaris and Corolla having the turbocharger mounted at the back of the engine doesn't allow for constant air flow to cool the components. This is for added safety. The Thermal Control option consists of ceramic coating the exhaust manifold, turbine housing and downpipe along with a turbocharger and wastegate beanie for extra protection. The factory heat shield can also be used to keep engine bay temperatures down. A small notch is to be made for the external wastegate. This will give it a nice stealthy look also.
Boost management is by the best. Turbosmart Gen V 45mm external wastegate and blow off valve.

Intercooler Availability:
Our intercooler piping kit is designed to fit all popular brands of intercoolers such as Extreme Turbo Systems ETS, Hypertune, Plazmaman, HKS and Process West. These can be purchased separately from our website. Intercooler NOT included.
