During our 2023 World Time Attack Challenge testing with our own GR Yaris we encountered cooling issues, which is when we knew we the factory cooling system was not adequate for the amount of power we were making.

From here we began developing our own motorsport radiator with the aim of having a better performing radiator which was not only a work of art but was priced competitively. 

Our radiator features a 32mm motorsport core, A-Fin and dimpled tube design core to allow for a larger cooling surface area.

The dimpled tube is essentially an internal modification to the tube which turbulates the coolant as it passes through the core. This effectively forces the coolant to spend more time in the radiator core, allowing it the time it needs to cool.

The increase in core thickness (32mm), upgrade in fin and tube design, results in the product being slightly heavier than OEM, however it will outperform the OEM unit in heat rejection and pressure drop through the core.

Compared to our competition who use welded sheet metal end tanks, we have taken it to the next level with billet end tanks which is far superior in strength with less welds that can fail in a motorsport event along with being much more aesthetically pleasing.

Specializing in the GR Yaris and GR Corolla platform, we have improved our fitment over our competition so that it gives you ample space to fit larger intercoolers and piping kits without modifications.
