Machined from SNCM616 steel then WPC treated we have designed our front transfer case gear set to be a huge improvement in strength over the OEM unit. WPC treatment is superior to other treatments as it is not a coating. It is a permanent surface treatment that reduces friction whilst strengthening the components.
With our race program over the last 4 years continuing to evolve as we continue to push the boundaries of the Toyota GR Yaris and Corolla platform we decided to manufacture this as an upgraded solution.
Combined with our 7075 billet transfer case this would be the ultimate solution for both drag and circuit racing applications.
