UNSTOPPABLE! Our team resets our own World Record! 9.6 @ 155 MPH! Toyota G16E-GTS GR Yaris!

Wednesday night, 26 June 2024 our team took our mighty 3 cylinder G16E-GTS Toyota GR Yaris back to the drag strip in a long hiatus to test a new setup we have been working on for many months.

With the data we gathered from our last outing, our team analysed it and made the appropriate improvements where we thought we could improve. (Current details are not for public knowledge for the time being as we are still developing and pushing harder to find the limits. From this R&D we will be trickling it down to our clients and eventually public knowledge.)

The night didn't last long unfortunately as our very first and only pass for the night, ran a NEW World Record with a 9.696 @ 155 mph! Running a 155mph on a car that was not teched by IHRA officials means that we were kicked out of the track until we get the needed safety equipment to head back to the track.

Here is some data to get the juices flowing.
- Previously we had run a 1.55 60ft, on this pass it was a lousy 1.69
- Previously our 0-100kph was 2.7, on this pass it was 3.0
- 100-200kph 3.7seconds

It's safe to say, once we are teched we will be heading back!
